The flavour of this dish is derived from the extensive use of tomatoes and onions fried together in a varied range of spices which produces a slightly hotter dish


Cooked with oriental spices, herbs, onions, tomato and capsicum. Served sizzling from the korahi. Slightly hot


Prepared with selected spices, lentils and pineapple but enhanced by the use of garlic and fresh lemon juice which produces a mild but sweet & sour dish


Briskly fried with onions, green pepper, black pepper, coriander, cinnamon and bay leaves
